Join us on New Year\u2019s Eve as we welcome 2018!<\/p>\n<h3>The Ambiance<\/h3>\n<p>Upon arrival, you\u2019ll be welcomed into Asha\u2019s house of celebration. Accompanied by glowing smiles and artistically set tableware, you\u2019ll feel right at home. Be taken on a musical journey with our Bollywood DJ \u2013 who will be live in house until 2:00 AM.<\/p>\n<h3>The Menu<\/h3>\n<p>While listening to ethnic Bollywood tunes at your table, allow our talented chef, Bobby Geetha, to send your tastebuds on a tasty adventure. As a published author, blogger, MasterChef UK quarter finalist and consultant who\u2019s worked with Europe\u2019s Michelin starred culinary greats, Chef Bobby takes culinary excellence to the next level with this special New Years Eve 6-course menu:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Appetizer:<\/strong><br \/>\nMini Aloo Matar Ki Tikki \u2013 light, fluffy and crisp potato served with yogurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Soup:<\/strong><br \/>\nDal Shorba \u2013 traditionally curried lentil soup served with a lightly crisped fritter and labneh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Seafood Course:<\/strong><br \/>\nBoatman Kerala Prawn \u2013 chilli prawns with crispy noodles and a creamy coconut sauce.<br \/>\nVeggie option: Mushroom Kurkure \u2013 mushrooms stuffed with cheese, peppers and crushed black peppercorns and dipped in batter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Entree:<\/strong><br \/>\nBarrah Kebab \u2013 spicy lamb chops seasoned with ginger, garlic,yogurt, cumin and garam masala. Served with sweet pea puree and spiced potatoes.<br \/>\nVeggie option: Tandoori Broccoli \u2013 spiced broccoli florets marinated in yogurt, cheese and olive oil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Biryani Course:<\/strong><br \/>\nBiryani (Your choice of lamb, chicken, salmon or veggie) \u2013 Rice with mace, cardamom and saffron.
