Up for two distinct nominations, Bobby and Ali felt confident as they walked into the beautifully decorated venue with their supporting team right behind them.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Hozpitality Excellence Awards was hosted in the Five Palm Jumeirah Hotel in the Palm on the 2nd May. Top industry organisations in F&amp;B, including Asha\u2019s Dubai, joined together for the prestigious awards ceremony. Aimed at recognising organisations that showcase skill, creativity, ingenuity and success in the Middle East and North Africa\u2019s growing hospitality industry, the awards host numerous categories of success.<\/p>\n<p>Hosting both awards through the standard online voting system, the awards also hosted an exclusive cookoff at the event for eight up-and-coming chefs in the region, amongst which were Asha\u2019s talented young chef, Nilaufar Ali.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-8343 gallery-columns-1 gallery-size-full'><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/ashasrestaurants.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/ashas-img6.jpeg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ashasrestaurants.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/ashas-img6.jpeg 1000w, https:\/\/ashasrestaurants.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/ashas-img6-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ashasrestaurants.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/ashas-img6-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" title=\"\">\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Nilaufar Ali prepared a beautifully decorated pan-seared salmon that captured the attention of food critics and guests alike.
